Chromosome Segmentation
Problem Statement:
This project aims to segment raw g-banding chromosome images without human intervention. I implemented cascaded CNN and binary classification network architecture.
Currency Application
Problem Statement:
This currency application is made using Streamlit. The data is being scraped using Beautifulsoup library and it is automatically updated via Github actions.
Movie Review Sentiment Analysis
Problem Statement:
In this project, pre-trained BERT uncased model is fine-tuned to analyze the movie reviews.
